The program teaches how to build a team structure, develop an attractive employer brand (EVP) and consider cross-cultural differences. You will learn the processes of effective delegation, conflict resolution, feedback culture, and motivational assessment techniques. A separate module is devoted to risk management and team support in times of crisis.
The training lasts 4 weeks and consists of 8 lessons. The format is flexible: you can choose online, offline or a hybrid option. The process includes analysis of practical cases, workshops, interactive sessions, as well as a final strategic session and Q&A with an expert. Members receive ongoing support in a closed chat.
The program is available in two formats: group training (up to 12 participants) costs UAH 7,600/hour, and individual mentoring costs UAH 2,500/hour.
