The course forms a systematic approach to managing the operational activities of public and state organizations. You will receive practical tools for building an effective operating system, optimizing processes and ensuring stability.

The program covers management of internal regulations, financial planning, working with teams and volunteers. You will learn monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools, building an organizational structure, as well as compliance and transparency issues.

The program is designed for 24 hours and consists of 12 online classes. Each lesson lasts 2 academic hours. The learning process combines lectures, work with cases, group discussions and ends with the preparation of a graduation project.
