This course helps civil society and government organizations develop or update a strategic development plan, identify key priorities and resources, and establish a model for organizational sustainability. Participants will learn to analyze the organization’s operating environment, formulate a mission and vision, define strategic development directions, and create a practical roadmap for implementing the strategy.
The course helps public and state organizations to develop or update a strategic development plan. You will be able to identify key priorities, effectively allocate resources and form a reliable model of organizational sustainability.
Participants will learn to analyze the environment and community needs, conduct a SWOT analysis and form a mission and vision. You will also learn how to plan programs, implement KPIs, and create a practical roadmap for strategy implementation.
The program consists of 10 online classes with a total duration of 20 hours. Each lesson lasts 2 academic hours. The educational process includes lecture modules, work with cases, practical tasks and ends with the preparation of a graduation project.
