Yes, this is an important part of the program. The course helps to work out internal barriers, stereotypes such as "it's bad to brag" and anxiety before manifestation. A separate module is dedicated to preserving the resource state: how to keep a balance and not burn out during active public activities.
The training takes place in an online format with a mentor-consultant and lasts 3 weeks, covering 7 classes. After each lecture, you complete practical homework and receive feedback from the trainer. All videos and materials are accessible through the Google Classroom platform.
