To develop in participants a systematic understanding of the business analysis process — from identifying needs and gathering requirements to selecting, evaluating, and implementing solutions.

Many teams build products without understanding business needs, causing requirements to change and resources to be spent inefficiently. The course teaches a systematic approach to analysis: from identifying needs to choosing and implementing optimal solutions.
The program is built taking into account the international industry standards IIBA (BABOK Guide v3) and PMI (PMI-PBA). In practice, you will learn how to build stakeholder maps, create BRDs, model processes in BPMN 2.0, prioritize requirements (MoSCoW) and work in Jira and Miro.
The training is designed for 24 hours and consists of 16 intensive classes in an online format. The program puts maximum emphasis on practice: workshops, interactive sessions, analysis of practical cases and constant support in a closed chat await you.
