The bootcamp is designed as an intensive learning lab for leaders of civil society organizations, combining leadership development, knowledge sharing, and work on real-world organizational case studies.
Participants will address their own management challenges, develop strategic thinking, and create a practical development plan for their organization.
The program was created as an intensive training laboratory for heads of public organizations. It combines the development of leadership competencies, exchange of experience and work with real cases. Participants will work on their own challenges, develop strategic thinking and create a practical plan for organizational development.
Training covers leadership, strategic thinking, effective team building, and managerial decision-making. You will also learn how to work with donors and partners, increase your personal effectiveness and analyze the participants' cases in detail. The final stage is the development of the organization's development plan.
The intensive program lasts 2 weeks and consists of 60 academic hours of theory and practice. The educational process includes lecture modules, performance of practical tasks, work with cases and group discussions. The training ends with the preparation of the graduation project.
Training is available in two formats: group (6–12 participants) costs UAH 99,000 per group, and individual mentoring costs UAH 25,000 per participant. The program is designed for NGO directors, founders, program managers and initiative leaders. To join, click the Apply button.
