This intensive program is designed to help civil society organizations establish a long-term model of financial and organizational sustainability. Participants will gain practical tools for diversifying funding sources, developing partnerships, mobilizing resources, and creating a strategic plan for the organization’s sustainable development.
The intensive aims to help public organizations create a long-term model of financial and organizational sustainability. You will receive practical tools for diversifying funding sources, developing partnerships and effectively attracting resources.
You will learn to work with different funding models, social services, social entrepreneurship and fundraising. In addition, you will master the communication strategy and build your own strategic plan for the sustainable development of the organization.
The total duration of the intensive program is 3 days, which is equal to 12 academic hours. The educational process combines lecture modules, group discussions, work with practical cases and tasks, and ends with the preparation of a graduation project.
