Participants will gain systematic knowledge in organizational management, financial stability, team building, and partnership development.

Participants will gain systemic knowledge of organizational management, financial stability, building effective teams (HR) and developing strategic partnerships. The program also covers mission formation, organizational structure renewal and impact assessment.
This is a large-scale program that lasts 4 months and includes 32 classes (64 hours in total). Each lesson lasts 2 academic hours. The format combines lecture modules, performance of practical tasks, detailed work with real cases and group discussions.
