Strategic Business Value and Innovations

- Optimize Time-to-Market: Thanks to unified frameworks for requirements gathering and testing, the time for coordinating documentation between the IT team and business stakeholders was significantly reduced.
- Minimize Operational Risks: Shared terminology and transparent processes reduced the likelihood of errors due to misunderstandings during the project initiation stage.
- Create a Sustainable Knowledge Ecosystem: Course materials were integrated into the internal knowledge base, turning the training into an ongoing tool for the fast and high-quality onboarding of new specialists.
Results of the Collaboration
The program successfully united specialists of various levels — from line business analysts to department heads. At the end of the course, participants underwent final certification, demonstrating a high level of material mastery with a score of 95%, which significantly exceeded the target metric of 90%.
The team's high motivation was confirmed by the fact that some employees partially paid for their own training, striving for professional development on the SkillsUp platform. In addition, the company was able to form an internal knowledge base, obtaining permission to use video and photo materials from the training for the further adaptation and training of new employees.
