JustMarkets is an international product-focused FinTech company. Our product is a modern trading platform used by millions of clients across more than 160 countries worldwide. As we continue to scale our operations, we are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Funding Specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity to rapidly develop both hard and soft skills in the FinTech industry, gain practical experience, and immerse yourself in an international IT environment.

Work Format: 100% Remote, Full-time (shift-based schedule)

Experience: 1+ year of experience in Finance, FinTech, or Customer Support is considered an advantage. We are also open to talented graduates of Analytics or IT-related courses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and continuously monitor financial transactions.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and partners via email.
  • Resolve payment-related issues and support daily operational processes.
  • Communicate with international merchants and payment service providers.
  • Actively participate in the analysis and improvement of internal company processes.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher (sufficient for confident business correspondence).
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to efficiently work with large volumes of information.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Onboarding & Training
