Position: Talent Sourcer (IT Researcher)
Location: Remote / Full-time

Requirements
- Completed IT recruiting courses
- Knowledge of basic candidate search tools (X-Ray, Boolean search, etc.)
- Ability to learn quickly and self-organize
- Result-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail
- English — Strong Intermediate level or higher
Would be a plus
- Experience in a similar position for at least 2 months
- Basic technical literacy in IT
- Research skills and experience working with platforms such as
- LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, Indeed, and others
Responsibilities
- Active search for qualified candidates according to job requirements using multiple channels
- Working with different position levels — from junior to senior
- Reviewing resumes for compliance with requirements, conducting initial candidate screening
- Maintaining candidate database and reporting
- Collaborating with recruiters to understand talent needs
