A practicing expert in retail customer experience management, digital product creation, and data analytics. Has over 6 years of experience working with product metrics and developing digital services in a large omnichannel company.

Currently works as a Customer Experience Manager at EVA, one of the largest retail chains in Ukraine. In this role, they are responsible for analyzing customer behavior, building a product metrics system, researching user experience, and using data to develop the company's e-commerce and digital products.

Simultaneously acts as a Scrum Master, helping development, analytics, and product teams work efficiently with data, test hypotheses, and implement analytics-driven improvements.

Since 2019, has been a trainer at the SkillsUp training center. During this time, they have trained dozens of students in SQL, data processing, and basic web development. In their courses, the focus is on the practical application of analytics in real business: from data collection and metrics building to generating insights that influence product decisions.

Also works as a web developer at WEEM, which allows for combining analytical expertise with a deep understanding of the technical side of digital products.

In teaching, combines a technical foundation, product approach, and business thinking, helping students understand how data is used to develop products, optimize marketing, and make management decisions.
