Basic Provisions on Personal Data Processing
1. Definitions:
Personal data database – a named set of organized personal data in electronic form;
Personal data controller – an individual or legal entity that determines the purpose of personal data processing, establishes the composition of such data and the procedures for their processing.
Consent of the personal data subject – a voluntary expression of will of an individual (provided they are informed) to grant permission for processing of their personal data in accordance with the formulated purpose of such processing, expressed in writing or in a form that allows concluding that consent has been given. In the field of e-commerce, consent of the personal data subject may be granted upon registration in the information and telecommunications system of the e-commerce entity by checking a box granting permission to process their personal data in accordance with the formulated purpose of processing, provided that such system does not create the possibility of processing personal data before the box is checked;
Personal data processing – any action or set of actions such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and dissemination (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including using information (automated) systems;
Recipient – the “Controller,” a sole proprietor registered in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, which uses this electronic resource in its activities and to whom personal data are provided.

2. Collection of personal data
2.1. In accordance with these provisions, personal data of users of the “Controller’s” resource are collected and processed, who are personal data subjects and have given consent to their processing.
2.2. Personal data are collected for the purpose of processing and storage to fulfill objectives related to providing services to clients, systematization of service delivery processes and ensuring prompt delivery of services.
2.3. Personal data are processed in the following manner: the subject gives consent to personal data processing and confirms receipt of notification about the rights and actions with personal data, after which work with personal data is carried out.
2.4. Consent of the personal data subject is a voluntary expression of will of an individual to grant permission for processing of their personal data in accordance with the formulated purpose of such processing.
2.5. Consent of the personal data subject for their processing in the context of these Provisions is given in the form of a mark on the electronic page of the document or in an electronic file processed in the information system based on documented software and technical solutions.
2.6. Notification of the personal data subject about inclusion of their personal data in the personal data database, about the rights defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” about the purpose of data collection and persons to whom their personal data are transferred, is carried out upon registration on the website by familiarization with these terms.
3. Processing of personal data
3.1. Personal data concerning racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties and professional unions, as well as data concerning health and sex life are not processed.
3.2. Archives of personal data and their processing are located at the “Controller’s” address according to the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs.
3.3. The procedure for access of third parties to personal data is determined by the consent terms of the personal data subject granted to the controller of the personal data database for processing of these data, or in accordance with legal requirements.
3.4. Access to personal data is not granted to a third party if such person refuses to assume obligations to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” or cannot ensure them.
3.5. All employees of the controller of the personal data database are obliged to comply with confidentiality requirements regarding personal data and information on securities accounts and securities circulation.
3.5.1. Employees who directly process and/or have access to personal data in connection with performance of their official (employment) duties are obliged to comply with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection and internal documents regarding processing and protection of personal data in personal data databases.
3.5.2. Employees who have access to personal data, including those who process them, are obliged to prevent disclosure in any way of personal data entrusted to them or that became known to them in connection with performance of professional, official, or employment duties. This obligation remains in force after they cease activities related to personal data, except as provided by law.
3.6. Persons who have access to personal data, including those who process them, in case of violation of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” shall bear liability in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
3.7. Personal data shall not be stored longer than necessary for the purpose for which such data are stored, but in any case not longer than the data retention period determined by the consent of the personal data subject for processing of these data.
4. Rights of the personal data subject
4.1. The personal data subject has the right:
4.2. The personal data subject has the right to obtain any information about themselves from any subject of relations involving personal data without stating the purpose of the request, except in cases established by law. Such access to data about oneself is free of charge.
4.3. The personal data subject submits a request for access (hereinafter – the request) to personal data to the controller of the personal data database, which must contain: surname, first name and patronymic, place of residence (location) and details of the document certifying the identity of the personal data subject for whom the request is submitted, information about the controller or processor of this database, and the list of personal data requested.
4.4. The period for reviewing the request regarding its satisfaction cannot exceed ten working days from the date of receipt. During this period, the controller of the personal data database informs the personal data subject whether the request will be satisfied or whether the relevant personal data cannot be provided, stating the grounds defined in the relevant regulatory legal act. The request is satisfied within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt unless otherwise provided by law.
