This Agreement defines the terms and rules for using the website https://skillsup.ua/ and its add-ons (hereinafter – the Website).
The Agreement is concluded between the User and the Sole Proprietor, Melnyk Maryna Oleksandrivna, Tax ID 3111121105 (hereinafter – the Owner), who owns the Website, and regulates the methods of using the Website that are under the control and management of the Owner, as well as the services provided by the Owner through the Website.
1.1. The website https://skillsup.ua/ provides Users with a certain range of services, including, but not limited to: news, informational and reference resources, online training programs, etc.
1.2. Services are provided to Users of the website https://skillsup.ua/ in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (hereinafter – the Agreement).
1.3. Use of the Website indicates the User’s accession to this Agreement and their consent to all its terms.
1.4. The Website may be used only by a person who has accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
1.5. The User is obliged to carefully read the terms of this Agreement before using the Website.
1.6. A person who does not agree with the terms of this Agreement (in whole or in part) cannot be a User of the Website. Such person is prohibited from using the Website, including, but not limited to, any information posted on the Website and any services provided within the Website.
1.7. The terms defined by this Agreement apply to all Users of the Website.
1.8. This Agreement is an accession contract in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. By visiting our Website and working with its content, you fully accept the terms of this Agreement, confirm that you have familiarized yourself with them, and undertake obligations to comply with them.
2.1. Owner (Website owner) – performs certain administrative functions related to monitoring the operability of the Website, the server on which the Website is hosted, the Website equipment, is engaged in the “development” of the Website, keeps visit statistics, performs the duties of a content manager, and ensures timely updating of information.
2.2. User – a person who uses the Website.
2.3. User Agreement – this Agreement, as well as all subsequent amendments and additions thereto.
2.4. Information on the Website – any information posted on the Website, including data regardless of the form of presentation, results (objects) of intellectual activity, as well as other data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. 2.5. Informational messages – any information that does not contradict the legislation of Ukraine and may be provided to Users solely for the purpose of informing and/or training.
2.6. Website – a web page available on the Internet, a set of intellectual property objects, including, but not limited to: software (computer programs), graphic design, databases, information in textual, graphic, audio and any other form located in the domain zone: https://skillsup.ua/.
2.7. Use of the Website – use of the Website permitted by this Agreement for its functional and intended purpose, in particular, downloading the Website pages, using its resources and services.
2.8. Intended use of the Website – obtaining educational and reference information, participation in training programs aimed at increasing the level of knowledge in the field of information technologies.
2.9. Partners – any individuals or legal entities connected with the Owner by contractual relations, who are granted the right to post on the Website information that does not contradict the law and the purposes of the Website, and whose Informational messages (including Informational messages published on their behalf or in their interests) may be displayed and/or sent to Users.
2.10. Training – voluntary paid participation of the User in an online training program under the selected course.
2.11. Registration – a free, voluntary procedure on the part of the User consisting in filling out a form on the Website and adding information about a new User to the Users database, as well as granting them the right to use additional services of the Website. Registration is carried out in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and includes the User providing accurate information about themselves.
2.12. Cookie – a fragment of data generated by the Website and stored on the User’s computer (browser) in the form of one or more files. Cookies do not contain personal data and may be blocked by the User at any time.

3.8. The Website may contain links to other websites or resources of third parties. The Owner is not responsible for such websites and resources, including their availability and legality, as well as the completeness and correctness of information distributed on them.

The Owner grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license, without the right to sublicense, to use intellectual property objects for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement. The Owner does not transfer any intellectual property rights to such objects and does not grant permission to use them for purposes other than those defined by this Agreement.
8.1. If, when using the Website, the User in any way becomes aware of information about the Owner, other users, partners, third parties, which according to the legislation of Ukraine is confidential and/or a trade secret, the User is prohibited from storing, using, or distributing such information.
8.2. The User understands and agrees that by posting on the Website information for which the User has not independently set access restrictions, any third party may gain access to such information.

10.9. This Agreement and the legal relations between the Owner and the User arising in connection with the use of the Website are governed by the legislation of Ukraine. Each Party unconditionally agrees that the relevant courts of Ukraine have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims, disputes, or disagreements regarding the Agreement and the use of the Website.
